WE LOVE ICE CREAM, AND WE THINK OURS IS THE BEST (WE'RE BIASED)!

HISTORY

Apparently holiday gifts can turn into much much more.  Our daughter asked for an ice cream maker in 2020.  It seemed like a good idea...a little bonding time, some learning, some creativity, something to share with friends, and a whole lot of ice cream for us!  After a little trial and error, we started to consistently make ice cream that was better (our 100% biased opinion) than any we've ever had.  Fast forward to early 2024 and combine a little foolishness, a lot of money, delays, and a willingness to take a shot at something we believe in and want to share.  The end result, Rockito Bandito's Ice Cream opened on August 29, 2025.  It's named aptly after our two furry kids because it rhymed, it's unique, and why not?  Our family lives locally (East Mesa) with our two (at times) lovely children, and our two (can't do wrong) fur babies.

OUR MISSION

Our goal is to treat everyone like family and friends.  We know you have choices, and we want our ice cream to be your first choice because the texture and taste are second to none, and because your customer experience will be exceptional EVERY time.  Beyond what a handful of mix in ingredients may have, we don't add any additional preservatives or dyes to our ice cream because we believe it's better for your body and mind.  And, every one of our ice cream flavors, to include the base flavors, are made 100% on site by us which allows us to control and maintain extraordinary quality.
